Racquet Weight Racquet Accelerated Racquet Weight
Hit the courts with better groundstrokes after priming your muscles with SwingRocket.
Racquet Weight is a soft weighted Flexi-bar (8 oz.) that easily straps on the throat of a tennis racquet used for warming before a tennis game. Shadow swinging with Racquet Weight nearly doubling weight of your racquet, after removing it; you will be able to swing the racquet faster. This process is known as deceleration training.
For years pro baseball players and golfers have been using weighted doughnuts or swing weights to warm-up and increase their swing speed. Racquet Weight now offers the same proven concept for tennis players to have a more effective shadow swing drills.

Benefits gained from using the Racquet Weight • More effective & dynamic shadow swing |
Consistency
The Racquet Weight is a tremendous aid to use for developing a consistently sound tennis swing. The momentum of the evenly weighted racquet head causes the racquet to swing along a balanced and on-plane path. The weight ingrains the proper feel into your tennis muscles, so the same swing is easily duplicated on court but with increased speed and power.

Flexibility
The movement of the weighted racquet head throughout the tennis swing will increase the flexibility in your arms, shoulders, core and back. It feels good to swing and after just a couple of swings, you will feel much looser and ready to play.
Strength
Using the Racquet Weight routinely will greatly improve the strength in your hands, arms, shoulders, core and back. It is an excellent device to strengthen all the important muscles of the tennis swing. It only makes sense to swing a racquet that is evenly weighted throughout to insure you're developing the correct muscles for the tennis swing.
Racquet Head Speed
If you want to increase your racquet head speed, the Racquet Weight is just for you. Top pro players swing with the Racquet Weight every day both on and off-court. They have seen significant results in a short time as they train with Racquet Weight to develop greater racquet head speed.
Swing Plane
The momentum of the weighted swing forces the racquet to swing along the proper swing plane. It swings along the path of least resistance. The weight of the Racquet Weight ingrains the same feel into your muscles, so the same on-plane swing is easily duplicated when the weights are removed from the tennis racquet. The closer to the proper swing plane the racquet is swinging on, the easier it is to hit solid and consistent shots. In no time at all, you will gain a feel for the correct swing plane through using the Racquet Weight.
Balance & Feel
Since the Racquet Weight is swinging along the path of least resistance it will always try to swing in balance. It is seeking a balanced path. The weight of the racquet head swinging along this balanced path will force you to follow it. You will gain a feel for this improved balance rather quickly and easily.
1- Minute Pre-game Warm-up
Racquet Weight has become the preferred pre-game warm-up by top pros over plain shadow swinging. In just 1 minute it primes tennis specific muscles used in ground strokes and serve shots.

A great tool not only the motion but also to warm up the muscles of the arms, shoulders and back and act as a mechanism to for timing. It also stretches and works the core and can be used for learning the modern top spin forehand as well as the one and 2 handed backhands. It is a MUST gear in your bag for practice anywhere!

This is the best 20 dollars I have spent on a tennis gizmo, my serves are ripping since I started training with SwingRocket, it really helped increase my length of swing, by being able to have more racquet drop and range of motion - its all about accelerating to the stick to the ball, and this really helps to get the feel , and muscle training...
